Espresso  – Dark Balsamic Vinegar


This aged Balsamic Vinegar is amazingly complex, with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee extract. It makes a fantastic glaze or bar-b-que base for pork, beef or chicken. Beautiful on Italian style deserts with cream or as a glaze for roasted vegetables. Add a shot to an “affogatto float”, which calls for a tall mug of vanilla gelato scoops covered with coffee. 4% acidity

IDEAS: Combine with Chipotle, Garlic or Harissa to marinate steaks; makes great fajitas
Add to chili or baked beans as your “secret ingredient”. Drizzle on fresh berries or ice cream. For a great dessert, caramelize fresh pineapple chunks or brush on pears, peaches or pineapple rings, then grill. Combine with Blood Orange for a pork tenderloin marinade
